Brad Kaplan, Managing Partner – has exclusively represented sellers of closely held businesses for over twenty years. He holds a BS degree in Finance from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Bryant College in Rhode Island. His additional background in commercial lending gives him an in depth understanding of business valuation and business transfer issues. During the past twenty years he personally has managed more than 300 ownership transfers.

Bonnie Goldsmith, Marketing Director – Bonnie is a seasoned Marketing and Communications leader with over 25 years of expertise in market research, branding, event planning, community outreach, strategic marketing, public relations, advertising, communications and web design. She has a wealth of experience in helping a wide range of businesses enhance their image and strengthen their market position.

Bonnie has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Simmons College in Boston, Mass. She also studied marketing in the Wharton Executive Education Program at the University of Pennsylvania.

Josh Kaplan, Assistant Director, Marketing – Josh has spent the last 14 years engaged in a full spectrum of marketing enterprises, having held marketing positions on both coasts, and in between. The creativity Josh honed in earning a BA in Fine Arts at Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, NY brings an energy of innovation to the New England Inn Brokers team. Turning this strength toward identifying clients has been a natural evolution of Josh's abilities.
